Quickwish Review for iPhone and iPod Touch

It’s December already, and Christmas is creeping up onto us. If you’re tired of people guessing what gifts you might like, you can try telling them directly through Quickwish by Steve Tompkins. This little productivity app will help you put together a wishlist in no time.

Review
With Quickwish for the iPhone and iPod Touch, you can keep track of your wish lists and also share them with your friends and family through email, Twitter, or Facebook. You can make as many wish lists as you want and add to each list any wishes you may have.

The app is easy to use. You can add a new wish to the default Quickwish List or to one of your own lists. It takes just seconds to create a new wish list, and you may identify each one with not just a title but also one of the twenty icons provided or use your own photo (either from your photo library or snap a new photo with your in-built camera). In making a new wish list entry, you just have to tap “Add Quickwish” in the main menu. You will then be able to enter all the details, such as the item name, price, where it can be purchased from, a site url (if applicable), attach a photo, add notes, and specify which wish list this entry should be linked with.

You are given three methods of letting others know your wishes. Other than posting a wish on Twitter or Facebook, you can also email an entire wish list to whomever you choose. Now you no longer have to receive gifts you don’t like for your birthday or Christmas. If someone makes one of your wishes come true, you can check it off your list, and then tap “Send Thanks” to express your gratitude through an email. Making and sharing wish lists has never been simpler than with Quickwish, which comes with retina graphics.

Recommendation
If you’re into making lists and feel bold enough to let your friends or relatives know what you’d like for your birthday, Christmas, or any other special occasion, you can check out Quickwish, currently available in the App Store for $0.99.
