Just like the app description says The Tattoo List will provide you with a list of tattoo artist from all around the United Sates. Chosen by the developer as some of the best in the nation. This app provides you with not only the name of the shop or artist but their physical address, phone number, website and any social networking pages they may have. It also classifies the artist into a specific style. From the artist page, you can call the shop or visit the website or social networking page.

Once you enter the app, you are given four choices. The first is the Near Me tab, from here you can search for local artist by your current location. The next tab is Artist where you can search by artist name, view alphabetically or search by tattoo style. The third section is the favorites tab; here you can save your favorite artist that you find on the list. The last tab is the news taps and it just tells you news about the app.

The only drawback I can see from this app is its short list. While I agree that you would not want to list every shop, out there I think there were some missing shops that I know about and there are certainly more than 300 great shops out there. I hope that this list will grow with future updates. This app preformed great while I tested it and I found now flaws, everything worked as advertised. The app is well put together.

Recommendation

The Tattoo List is currently $1.99 in the App Store and comes recommended to any iPhone users that are fans of tattoos and like to browse through a list of some great artist. If you are into getting tattoos while on vacation in different cities this is must have app! No lite or free version is available for this app.
