BoxWave Mobile Mounting Kit Product Review

BoxWave mounting kit for iPhoneThese days everyone is constantly on the go. From our homes to the office and everywhere in between, instant connectivity with our mobile devices is a must. A company by the name of BoxWave is making it easier to use our iPhone’s and BlackBerry’s while driving, with their universal Mobile Mounting Kit.

Review

BoxWave’s Mobile Mounting Kit provides everything you need to mount your phone in your vehicle. The kit includes a universal cradle that expands, a swivel windshield suction cup, and optional vent clips to mount it conveniently on your air vents.

Other features include side arms that extend from 1.6 inches to 4.25 inches wide, a quick release button, a cradle that is foam padded and holds your phone securely in place, and adjustable arms with pivot points. The Mobile Mounting Kit also increases safety while driving, allowing you to access your phone from the comfort of your windshield rather than your lap or cup holders.

Installation couldn’t be easier, with the option of using two mounts (windshield suction cup or air vent clips). Each mount “clicks” into place on the backside of the cradle and will not shake loose from the vehicle. For this particular installation, I used the windshield suction cup because my vents (2008 Ford Mustang) did not fit with the vent clips.

The BoxWave Mobile Mounting Kit sells for $32.95 and is available at www.boxwave.com.

Recommendation

I recommend the Mobile Mounting Kit to any user looking to access their phone safely while driving.
