EA Mobile, revealed today that they have been working on Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2011 and EA Sports Active 2.0 for the iPhone.

Tiger Woods PGA Tour was highly expected to hit the iPhone, even though Tiger’s problems have not worked out. EA promises minor improvements and a major new cup. The Ryder Cup will be added to the Tiger series it will have two different choice selections, USA or Europe. The USA will be headed by Tiger Woods while Europe will be headed by Rory McIlroy.

Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2011 is set to be released on major consoles including the iPhone on June 8th. Will we see it for the iPad?

EA Sports Active? How are you supposed to include this with the iPhone? I can understand having a motion base with the Wii but, who will really want to buy an app and then buy the sensors for $50 (unconfirmed). EA has not given much info about this app but I am sure more will be available in the near future. The game is slated to be released in Fall.
