HP sent out a press release this morning showcasing the new Palm operating system which is now dubbed “HP WebOS 2.0″ since HP acquired the company, and the release of the Palm Pre 2. Slated for Verizon customers “in the coming months”, the Pre 2 is initially launching in France this Friday. The Palm Pre 2 is packed with a 1GHZ CPU, 5MP camera with LED flash, video, etc, 3.1 inch 480×320 multitouch glass display, 16GB storage, QWERTY keyboard, and a “sleeker, streamlined design”.Read More
