Version 1.1 of Quick Quote has hit the Ipad App Store, with a new range of international settings for the growing Quick Quote community. Feedback from users helped create a quoting system that suits international business markets, including increased flexibility for tax and currency settings.

The almighty public information whores, Facebook, have released a new update for their iPhone application bringing the build to version 3.2 which allows for background photo uploading as well as Places, a new feature for the site. Places is similar to FourSquare, where you can tag (or be tagged by friends!) of where you are which is somewhat disturbing.

You may have seen the new battery meter on screen shots of the iPhone recently, and wonder how you enable it because it’s not under Settings > General like you would expect it to be. Well, it’s buried a little bit further than that, and it only works with the iPhone 3.0 software on 3G S (not 3G).
