Want to turn your iPad into a wooden table-top marble madness game or a virtual board game made out of fancy wood and containing laser beams? Do you enjoy the Labyrinth series of games or logical games that test your hand-eye coordination? All these descriptions can be attributed to the latest marble-rolling game — Zen! by Marco Siino. It is an intriguing table-top ball rolling game where the objective is match color-coded balls to their destination holes. However, you will be putting multiple balls in their respective holes at once in many of the levels and even splitting balls into multiple parts simultaneously to complete the board. All this will also be done while avoiding various obstacles, like laser beams, as well as balancing the board to prevent balls from falling into the wrong holes. The game is very relaxing and soothing and you can really hear the marbles bounce off the wooden walls as if your iPad was really made out of wood. Head over to iPadmodo for the full review.

Last Temple HD by GameLab is a line-drawing and matching puzzle game where you use your finger to draw lines of corresponding gem pieces and clear them by letting go of your finger. The gem pieces are located on tile-based levels and they consist of shapes like leaves and flowers. If you ever played ‘Bejeweled’ or enjoy match-3 games you should find a lot to like about this title. It takes that formula and mixes it in with more gameplay variation like the game’s combo system and exploding tiles for example. Unlike those genres, where you either shift gems or tiles to get them to line up or in games where you tap gems one-by-one — in Last Temple HD, you line draw long sections of them and can change directions or pathways depending on where the matching gems are. Stupid Zombies by GameResort is a very light-hearted, casual and fun app that fits in the realm of physics-manipulation puzzle games. If you enjoy playing Angry Birds at all be sure to give this game a try. You are given five bullets to shoot down zombies positioned throughout each of the hundreds of levels in the game. The zombies are located in various locations throughout the levels so you often have to find clever ways for the bullet to reach them or some other trap to get them. Your on-screen character and gunman is always located in the same spot on the lower left of the screen and you simply aim his gun and let go of the aimer to shoot. The bullets ricochet and fly around the one-room levels for a while before loosing steam and disappearing. This in turn provides for cleaver gameplay and puzzle elements like having to shoot a crate or a box to make it fall on an unreachable zombie or shoot a TNT barrel near zombies to make them all explode.
