According to reports from Eurogamer, Epic Games’ Creative Director of Chair Entertainment, Donald Mustard, made comments about the Unreal Engine behind the amazing graphics quality of Infinity Blade, an upcoming title for iOS. The gasp comes from statements made regarding the future of the iPhone in 2 years and how the popular and extremely graphical title, Gears of War for Xbox, could be available on iOS in just 2 years.

Apple just concluded their product announcements at WWDC 2010 with the new Apple iPhone 4 being at the top of the list as well as a new renamed operating system called iOS4, new and improved cameras including a front facing camera, HD display, iMovie and more.

A user from overseas has reportedly gotten his hands on a newer version of the next generation iPhone 4G and posted pictures online proving so. As part of the tear down, Apple has removed two screws on the bottom of the phone that were seen in the previous version. However the important information is found inside, where Apple is using their A4 APL0398 Microprocessor.

It seems smartphone manufacturers are stepping up their game these days with much faster phones, like HTC’s new “Incredible” which features a 1Ghz Snapdragon processor, 8GB internal memory, updated Sense UI, all prepped for Android’s 2.1 operating system.

Samsung and Intrinsity have announced one of the fastest processors to date, the ARM Cortex A8-based processors. The same chip design found in the iPhone 3GS and Palm Pre, clocking in at 1GHz.
