Pocket God Update: Episode 30 Great Job Ice Hole
After a long wait the newest Pocket God update has finally arrived. According to their blog this update took a lot more than they thought it would but its finally done. Episode 30 features a all new ice hole full of wondrous delight and a new in app purchase of a dance pack for the pygmies. After this long update they are planing on getting back on track with updates not so far apart but for now lets all enjoy the new update! Pocket God Episode 28 Barking Spider Crouching Pygmy
The 28th episode of Pocket God is now available for download in the App Store. The latest version is called “Barking Spider, Crouching Pygmy” features a new enemy spider that the Pygmies must fight off. Pick up a Pygmy and drop them on the spider web located in the Pygmy Graveyard then tap the cocoon to draw baby spiders out of the web. You will then have to battle the Barking Spider.Read More
Apple iPhone DLC Content Already A Success
Dave Castlenuovo, founder of Bolt Creative, recently announced the results of their iPhone downloadable content for Pocket God, stating it is already a success, “I’m happy. It’s worked out really well for us”. “We have to keep pushing out DLC updates to keep revenue at the same point as before we went 3.0-only”. With 27 percent of their revenue coming from the first optional download pack, Bolt Creative continues to offer regular updates for free, with the downloadable content being sold for extra.Read More
Pocket God Episode 27 Ghost Pygmies Available
The 27th episode of Pocket God has hit the App Store, called Ghost Pygmies. In this latest creation, every time a pygmy is sacrificed a ghost pygmy is created in the sky. You can make them haunt the other pygmies on each island or cross them over to the other side. The latest episode also includes the first DLC pack (downloadable content) which includes a T-Rex customization pack for just $0.99 cents. Click here to check out Pocket God.Read More
Pocket God Episode 26 Dead Pygmy Walking Available
Although the latest Pocket God episode has been out for the past couple of days, I was unable to test it out myself due to account restrictions (countless emails back and forth with iTunes support over multiple account problems and the lack of ability to merge them into one, bad Apple). Anyway, Dead Pygmy Walking includes a pygmy graveyard where you can bury pygmies in the ground and raise them from the dead to eat other zombie pygmy brains.Read More
Pocket God Episode 25 Sharks with Frickin’ Laserbeams Attached To Their Heads Now Available
The 25th episode of Pocket God has hit the app store. This episode is called “Sharks with Frickin’ Laserbeams Attached To Their Heads” is exactly what it sounds like…sharks with freakin laserbeams. On the underwater area, you can pull chum out of the bucket to attract the nearby sharks. You can then use the accelerometer to aim and kill the sharks. Other updates include Open Feint challenges.Read More

Pocket God Episode 21 Flipping the Bird Sneak Peek
We’ve got a sneak peek image of the next Pocket God episode, episode 21 called “Flipping the Bird”. The next update includes a bird that flies around the top of the screen where you can “make him drop a bird turd by clicking on it” and a mini challenge that keeps track of the number of times you hit a Pygmy with one. Using the fire abilities of episode 20, you will be able to cook the bird as well and let the Pygmies eat it. You can also strike the bird with a bolt of lightning. Other features include an updated underwater area including fish, objects, and a WhirlPool similar to the Hurricane.Read More
Pocket God Episode 20 Stop My App is On Fire Now Available
The 20th episode of Pocket God has landed in the App Store. Only problem is, the title is wrong! OOPS! Reading “Flipping The Bird” rather than “Stop My App is On Fire!”, the confusion was just a small error and a follow up update did not reach the App Store in time. The latest episode allows the pygmies to build a fire using wood that is scattered around the island and after being built, hit it with a lightning strike to create a fire.Read More
