ITC Rules in Favor of Apple, Not in Violation of Nokia Patents

Judge James Gildea of the International Trade Commission (ITC) has ruled that Apple did not violate Nokia’s patents for electronic devices, including mobile phones, portable music players and computers, in a lawsuit filed by the Finnish company back in May 2010. The case now moves on to the commission who will either uphold the judge’s decision or throw it out. The decision is slated for August 1st.
