Mons, Belgium – Creaceed today releases Prizmo 1.1, the All-in-one Mobile Scanning and OCR Solution for iPhone with new export and translation options. This new version of Prizmo supports exporting documents to Apple’s MobileMe and Evernote, in addition to Dropbox, CloudApp and mail. It can now translate to 15 additional languages, totaling 25, using Google translation services. Prizmo scans business cards, texts, bills, etc., from a picture on your iPhone, allows specific processing, and performs optical character recognition. Then, you can save and share the result.

An Apple employee’s home was recently robbed by a couple of thieves who made off with $20,000 worth of electronic goods which included 2 iPads, an iBook, laptops and a PC. Apple Could Offer MobileMe for Free

We have all heard of Apple’s MobileMe service that gives its subscribers access to features like web sites and email accounts.  The service they offer is a yearly subscription of $99 and includes those features and more.  On the other hand there is Google and its Google Pages, Google Docs, and GMail which are all offered for free.  As of now Google users have the ability to also sync all their accounts and information with Android devices for free, while Apple users can sync their Google information but can’t have the features of MobileMe without paying.  Apple has been working fast on their new building in North Carolina so we could possibly see this happening.  On one instance there could be a free version of MobileMe and a paid option as well.  We won’t find out until Apple makes an official announcement, maybe WWDC, but we will hopefully know soon enough.
