Intel Capital Invests in OpenFeint for $8 Million

This acquisition thing is really getting fired up. Last week Ngmoco announced a $400 million dollar purchase by DeNA and just yesterday EA gobbled up Chillingo for an undisclosed amount. Now this morning, Intel Capital has announced their acquisition of the 45+ million user social network OpenFeint for a cool $8 million dollars, along with some other investors.
