New Trailer for Gameloft’s Real Golf 2011 for iPhone and iPod Touch

Gameloft, uber iOS game developer, is launching a new golf game for iPhone and iPod Touch in September and has released a new trailer showing their motion capture process. Gameloft brought in several pro golfer do capture pro swings for the game, and the final outcome should be fantastic!

Late last week Gameloft released an update for Modern Combat: Sandstorm(now free) along with a trailer for their upcoming sequel, Modern Combat 2. The trailer doesn’t include any gameplay footage as you’d might expect but does have an indy-style cinematic theme of warfare using an iPhone 4 and iPad as weapons. The game is expected to hit both devices this Fall.

Gameloft’s 1st Quarter Earnings Pull $44 Million

Gameloft has announced the company saw a 7 percent rise in revenue for the first half of 2010, which ended March 31st, to a tune of $44 Million USD (33 Million Euros). The increase in sales was due to a 37 percent increase in Europe, 34 percent North America and 29 in other countries.
