Announced late last year and early this year, Super QuickHook was released into the app store a few days ago. Taking the same mechanics as it’s spiritual prequel, the game has you roping from one place to another as you try to get a good time and make the best of the environment around you.

Labyrinth games are part of a pretty popular genre that was one of the first to use the iPhone’s accerometer. Taxiball takes Labyrinth 2, puts an “everything pixel” city as the setting, adds a solid storyline, makes the already simple premise more enjoyable, and inserts some catchy beatboxing tunes in the background for you to enjoy. If I had to describe it in one sentence, that would be it, but I think I’ll just write a review!

CrossRoads is a game that’s simple to learn, but not simple to get (un)hooked to. It has the line-drawing feel to it, while it adds other gameplay mechanics. By far the game stands out compared to those other line drawing games. So get ready to start controlling heavy traffic, and watch out for things on screen that can distract you!

There’s just something about top down racers that really grabs your attention and makes you want to play more. Maybe it’s the variety, the stunning visuals, or the all-in-all simplicity. Raging Thunder, one of the best and first racing games on the iPhone and iPod Touch, received its sequel about a month ago. The new game is here and it’s the best game for those people who like action packed games!
