While it bears the same name as the console and PC game released much earlier, Dead Space for the iOS is actually a sequel to the original game and a prequel to Dead Space 2. You’ll play as an engineer code-named Vandal. The Church of Unitology sends you on a secret mission to a mining colony called the Sprawl. Unfortunately, after you complete your assignments, things go very wrong and Necromorph horror descends.
WSJ Says iPhone 4 Coming to Verizon Jan 11

The Wall Street Journal has come out and stated that the iPhone 4 will be coming to Verizon Wireless next week on Tuesday, January 11th… or at least the announcement. Verizon has confirmed they will be holding an event on Tuesday and Apple has frozen employee vacations in February, all pointing at the iPhone finally coming to Verizon. Plus with Electronic Arts releasing Rock Band on other 4G Verizon phones, it’s bound to add the iPhone 4 to it’s mix as well.

Touchgen did an extensive preview of the title and it is looking spectacular. EA apparently pulled a video showcasing the title in action, and judging by the Touchgen hands-on and the comments from various toucharcade members who’ve seen it, we should be in for a treat (the video also isn’t too hard to find for the web wizards out there). Apparently, the title is not on-rails like the Wii version but is an actual third person horror-adventure that controls similar and plays to the original.

Many of us have fond memories of playing Monopoly when we were kids. Maybe you still own a set of the classic board game and play it now and then — if it’s not stuck somewhere in your attic covered in cobwebs. Here’s some good news. Electronic Arts (EA), one of the most prolific developers in console, PC-based, and mobile gaming, has brought its parkour-centric action-packed title Mirror’s Edge to the iPhone and iPod Touch. Instead of a first-person point of view, like in the console-based iterations, the iOS version features a side-to-side view and very simple finger slide controls to move your character.
