The City of Boston, located in the United States for our International Users, was the first city to offer an app that allows users to report anything that needs servicing. Their Citizens Connect App, will be receiving an update soon using Boston Urban Mechanic Profiler which they made their own acrostic, but is just the name of the company providing the service, Bump Technologies. The update will allow you to bump your problems to any city officials, The City of Boston is trying to give the technology to everybody of the service crews, but that is far off.
