Big Fish Games has a number of quality puzzle-solving, hidden object games under their disposal on the App Store. Titles such as Ancient Spirits: Columbus’ Legacy or Big City Adventure: San Francisco HD are great offerings for iPad gamers, especially since such titles are a perfect fit for the touchscreen. Their latest hidden-object title, PuppetShow: Mystery of Joyville HD is among their best titles and should definitely please any puzzle or hidden object fans. The game mixes in some puzzle solving and mini-games along with the traditional hidden object formula of locating various objects hidden on a screen with beautiful artwork. These objects range from things like a spoon or a jar; to hidden masks on wall edges; to keys, butterflies and various other intricacies. It appears the recent release of Back to the Future Episode 1 for the iPad wasn’t enough to satisfy Talltale Games on the platform because they are bringing a lot more titles this year for the adventure-game lovers out there.

A browser-based lineup of classic Adventure games has been made available to iDevice owners with games like Sierra’s Leisure Suit Larry and Space Quest being playable all in a browser mode with a touch interface. The game catalog includes nine titles in total and all are all available to play for free. Although these games should run on any iDevice they are tailored for the iPad.
