Just in time for Father’s Day, TaleSpring today introduces “My Daddy”, a new interactive animated ebook for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. They play catch, Daddy teaches the boy how to ride a bike, they go fishing, Daddy scares away the monsters under the bed, and on and on. Look for the little white mouse. He likes to hide. My Daddy is one of the new ebooks created using TaleSpring, where non-technical authors can create their own interactive, animated ebooks for the iPhone and iPad.

Miami, Florida – Announcing that Slick Developers, the developers of iMultiply! has released a new product for iPhone, iPod touch and iPad users. The application is a new launch that teaches second and third graders their multiplication tables in an interactively fun way. Kids select answers to equations then either successfully move to the next equation or see their mistake, so they can learn the correct answer. The app also includes the times tables up to twelve for memorizing. Developers will soon release the app with internalization in Spanish.

I was at the ATT store the other day and saw some OtterBox cases for the iPhone hanging on the wall. Walking over and observing them, the store helper came up to me and started talking about how OtterBox made the best cases for the iPhone and iPod Touch in terms of protection.
