As of last month OpenTable has seated more than 10 million diners through mobile, spending an estimated $400 million at partner restaurants. Currently OpenTable offers seven apps and a mobile optimized site, which together account for 11.5 percent of all diners seated via OpenTable in North America during the first quarter of 2011. Google Earth, once available only for the iPhone, has been updated and adds support for the iPad. The latest version (Version 3.0.0) adds native support for the ‘magical’ iPad that includes full resolution imagery and boasts its own unique look for the iPad. Road layer has also been added in the latest version for both the iPad and iPhone.
