Apple iPhone 3G S Tear DownThe team over at Rapid Repair were busy early this morning tearing down the new Apple iPhone 3G S to bare bones, exposing all of the somewhat unknown technology inside.

The chipset for the new Apple iPhone 3G S is a Samsung SoC S5PC100 with an ARM Cortex A8 processor running at 600 MHz which overclocks up to 833MHz for gaming and other intensive applications. The graphics card inside is a PowerVR SGX with 256MB of RAM that enables the phone to record 720p video with 30 FPS.
