AppClover Acquires Marketing Your App and Adds Matt Palmer as CMO
Garden Grove, California – Giving appreneurs powerful new tools to make their mobile apps successful, AppClover today announces its acquisition of Marketing Your App, the acclaimed app marketing services company. Its founder, noted mobile marketing expert Matt Palmer, is joining AppClover as Chief Marketing Officer to develop innovative solutions and deliver them to app creators.
The deal adds the popular Marketing Your App website and promotion services to AppClover’s quickly growing portfolio of helpful resources for iPhone, iPad, and Android developers. It gives appreneurs new ways to market and monetize their creations by combining the market-leading content of AppClover with proven track record of Marketing Your App.

A graduate of MIT and an experienced online marketer for the technology industry, Matt founded the Cambridge, Massachusetts-based mobile app marketing and services company, Marketing Your App, in 2009. The company has helped iPhone, iPad, and Android developers from around the world successfully get more exposure, new customers, and increased sales in the iTunes App Store or Google Play.
Matt has been featured by leading app-related media outlets from Mobile Orchard to 148Apps.biz. He is responsible for creating the #1 app marketing podcast on iTunes, with nearly 50,000 downloads to date.

Another addition is MYA Tools, an integrated suite of professional-grade app marketing tools powerful enough to be professional-grade but easy enough to be used by anyone. The online platform was created specifically for iPhone and iPad apps and includes: a “done for you” website, promo code dispenser, review website submitter, and keyword tracker.
Together, AppClover and Marketing Your App created App Traffic Academy. The video training course walks developers step-by-step through ways to boost their app’s exposure and traffic using proven marketing strategies both inside and outside the App Store.
