Griffin Technology, one of the world’s foremost creators of innovations for everyday life, and Chilewich | Sultan LLC, the design innovator of modern vinyl textiles, today announce the expansion of their collaboration with the introduction of Elan Form Chilewich, Rib Weave, for iPhone 4/4S.

The new collection features Chilewich’s Rib Weave vinyl, a chunky, textural weave of flat, dry colors that has a natural feel despite its durable, synthetic material. A sturdy and impact-resistant Griffin-engineered shell provides the foundation of the case. Chilewich’s Rib Weave is wrapped around the shell, resulting in a case that is both rugged and beautiful. The low-profile case design accommodates most charging docks and is easy to keep clean.

The first Griffin + Chilewich accessory, Elan Form Chilewich, Mini Basketweave, for iPhone 3GS, launched in November 2009 as a result of Griffin’s quest for new premium, designer-quality materials. This led Griffin to Chilewich’s woven vinyl, and now the partnership is excited to introduce a new weave to the mix – Rib Weave.
