New BlackBerry Desktop Manager for Mac Users Coming This Friday

BlackBerry Desktop Manager available for Free for BlackBerry SmartphonesResearch In Motion (RIM) have put the finishing touches on their new BlackBerry Desktop Manager, available for Mac users this Friday, October 2nd. The program will allow Mac users to sync data from Mac applications like iCal, Address Book, Microsoft Entourage, encrypt backup files, install automatic software updates, and more. The program also includes BlackBerry Media Sync, which allows users to sync their iTunes libraries with their BlackBerry smartphone.

The new program is free and will be available for free download on Friday, October 2 at 1:00 PM EDT. Head on over to www.blackberry.com/mac.
