Thumbstar launches new Website
Liverpool, United Kingdom – Digital publisher Thumbstar Games today launched its new look logo and website. Formed in 2008 Thumbstar is a leading publisher and distributor of mobile and digital content. Their mobile distribution coverage covers both on and off deck contracts and has contracts with over 50 development studios Worldwide.
During 2009 Thumbstar became a publisher on the iPhone platform. With Thumbstar’s vast experience in PR and Marketing, they were able to gain coverage in lifestyle and commercial media in addition to the core gaming press. With the device becoming more and more mass market, this is absolutely critical in making products successful.
2010 saw Thumbstar’s move into Android publishing. In a similar way to the iPhone, the Android market has become a huge arena for digital products. With Android content being able to be published not only on the Google Android store but also on major Mobile Network Operators, gives Thumbstar the opportunity to extend distribution instantly. “2011 is a big year for Thumbstar” commented Thumbstar COO Martin Kitney. “We continue to grow into new exciting areas whilst maintaining our core business”.
Thumbstar Games also will be exhibiting at this year’s mobile world congress exhibition. Taking in place in Barcelona from Feb14-18, Thumbstar is looking for new games to publish and distribute. New distribution opportunities are also of great interest so get in touch and arrange a meeting.
