New York, NY – In That Box, the iOS app for organizing storage containers, has been updated to version 1.2, adding a number of advanced features including inventory sharing (via print or email), container label printing with QR codes, and fast label scanning.

Many people who store their stuff in boxes, plastic bins, or other containers – whether in a closet, in the basement, or in a storage unit – have experienced the frustration of being unable to find something they’ve stored away. In That Box is an app that assists people in keeping tabs on storage containers – both where they are located and what’s in them. With the goal of further easing the process of tracking storage containers and what they contain, Goalbot Inc, the developers of In That Box, have added a number of capabilities to the app with this latest release.

For example, the app now supports inventory printing, letting users share the list with movers or friends, and inventory emailing, for remote sharing and backup. The new version also prints container labels that include the title, date, and a QR code – a computer-readable barcode that can be scanned with your iPhone to quickly view a list of the container’s contents.

In That Box is designed to be a helpful resource for people who are moving, for people who have too much stuff, or for anyone who uses containers for storage.

New Features:
* Inventory printing and emailing: for containers, locations, and categories
* Label printing: for containers and locations, including QR codes
* QR code label scanning: just point the iOS device’s camera at an In That Box label to quickly see a list of what’s inside

* Requires iOS 3.1 or later (iOS 4.0 Tested)
* Printing requires iOS 4.2 with AirPrint and AirPrint compatible printer
* QR code scanning requires an autofocus camera, e.g., iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4
* 4.2 MB
