Mine Cart Mania is a game that is so simple it will drive you mad! You twist your way through the crazy mine with your cart while trying to make it as far as you can go without falling into the depths of darkness. Made by Murphy Productions.
Review
Mine Cart Mania is a very simple game in the aspect of graphics and flare, but it makes up for it in the addicting game play. As you start out with your little mine cart, you swivel your way along the track, simply tapping the cart to jump when needed. It sounds simple enough, but before long you find the true challenge of having to quickly react in a split second to stay in the game. This game is highly addictive and one to keep a hold of.
The graphics are very basic and the track, from what I found, is never ending. You simply try and beat your own high score each time you play, making it farther and father down the tracks. There are no sounds or music as you play, making it easy to concentrate on the game and not any annoying distractions. The controls are gesture based, as easy as tapping the screen, making your little mine cart jump each time.
Tips
1. Memorize where you have been and what is in front of you. If you fall off the track, and have to start over, you have a better understanding of what lies ahead of you, making it easier to get farther each time.
2. Play for a longer amount of time. The more you play for an extended period, the easier it is to get the hang of.
Recommendation
This is a game that can be played by any age, really. It can be difficult, but I think kids and adults will find it entertaining. Mine Cart Mania sells for $0.99 and can be purchased through the App Store right now.
