Talk with Chippy is an entertainment app that is really well put together. When you start out the app you meet Chippy and he was put on your iPhone with one simple task, to entertain you. This app will change your voice and repeat it back to you in either a higher pitched or deep slower talking voice. You can even set it to use your own voice if you like. Chippy looks cute and cuddly and he functions well, at first I thought this app was a simple voice changer but I soon found out Chippy had a lot more in store.

Chippy does not just repeat what he hears but he also has a lot of fun interacting features like you can tickle him, his eyes will follow your finger around when touching the screen and he even gets a little gassy if you touch his tail. He also has nine pre programed saying or noises that he will say once you touch one of the stars that surrounds him. I let my children play with this app and they really enjoyed it my oldest daughter asked that I not delete it when I was done because she wanted to play with it again so this app is an outstanding app for the little ones.

Tips

1. Tap lower right hand or left hand corner of the left and right hand side of the screen to to display the location of all the special phrases buttons.

2. Tap his tail for a funny sound effect, tickle his belly also really gets him going.

3. Click on the info icon to get into setting and you can change the voice.

4. When his ears start moving that means he is recording.

Talk with Chippy is currently $0.99 in the App Store and comes highly recommended to all those looking for a cute and fun app for the kids, this is a great app to keep on your phone to keep the kids quit in the back while on vacation road trips.
