There are lots of games on the app store where you bounce to the highest point that you can reach. They all have standard platforms that just appear from the top of the screen. Have you heard of one where you have to draw your own platforms? I haven’t until now!

Review

Cosmo Kid is a fun and addictive bouncing game very much like the app store dominating Doodle Jump. Except, instead of platforms appearing from the top of the screen, you have to draw them!

The main object of this game is to bounce your Cosmo Kid as high as you can. All you do, is draw platforms. There are restrictions though; You cannot draw more than one platform at the same time without the first one getting erased. Also, unlike other bouncing to the highest height games, Cosmo Kid doesn’t use tilt sensitive controls. How do you control the direction of the bounce? You have to maneuver the Cosmo Kid with the drawn platform. The game is restarted when the Cosmo Kid falls down past the bottom of the screen. Can you watch the kid, see where you want to bounce, and draw your platform at the same time?

You gain score as you bounce higher and higher, and on the way, you can collect intergalactic flowers that also boost your score.

Cosmo Kid features nicely drawn graphics and animations with fun sounds.

Cosmo Kid is a fun, addictive, and original game with unique gameplay!

Tips

1. Try your best not to hit the hard stone flowers.

2. Make sure that you platform is drawn perfectly. If you draw it so that the Cosmo Kid goes sideways, you will probably end up having to start over from the bottom.

Recommendation

Cosmo Kid is a great game to have with you and pick up and play when you’re bored. If you are a fan of Doodle Jump or any other bouncing games, definitely take a look at Cosmo Kid for only $0.99.
