Firemint's Flight Control 1.3 updateThe latest 1.3 update of Firemint’s game Flight Control allows iPhone and iPod Touch users to tether their phones together via a Bluetooth connection and compete against one another in multiplayer action within the game. Just with the regular game, you can draw flight paths to go off course towards the other Bluetooth connected iPhone or iPod, which sends that aircraft onto their map.

A WiFi connection is not required in order to play the multiplayer game and only iPhone 3GS, iPhone 3G, and iPod Touch 2G are compatible (they are equipped with Bluetooth). You can also use different maps while battling a friend but can only land plans of a specific colors and others must be sent off the map.

Flight Control just got a whole lot better! Click here to check out our review of the game.
