Dr. Seuss Camera – The Cat in the Hat Edition app has 15 cards to choose from all based on his original artwork. Simply choose a card, and then decide on a photo by choosing to take a photo with the camera, by setting the camera’s timer for a self-portrait, or by loading images directly from the phone’s photo library. Once you have decided on a photo, you will have the option to move, rotate, scale the photo and then put finishing touches to it by adding crazy borders and stamps. Save your masterpiece to your photo library or email them directly to your friends and family.

Controls are simple. Tap on the edit button to add borders, text and stamps. Drag the stamps to move them and use the iPhone’s default 2-finger method to rotate and zoom in on the photo or drag it to the trash to delete it. The only noise you’ll hear from the app is when it takes a single photo or when you use the timer and it’s counting down. Should you choose not to have any sound, there is the option of turning it off.
