The world’s first global lobby-style iPhone multiplayer gaming platform is now available for free download in the iTunes app store.

Featuring real-time multiplayer gaming over Edge, 3G and Wifi, GameDock heralds the age of an addictive new platform for iPhone and iPod Touch owners.

Instead of randomly matching players as is found in some games by companies such as Playmesh, NGMoco and Gameloft, GameDock offers a true lobby-style system that allows players to chat with others, make friends, create avatars and more.

GameDock launches with three classic games that put players instantly in the action. FleetMaster (similar to the classic BattleShip game with a new style), Hearts (fast-paced 4-player classic card game) and Chess (the timeless classic). All games feature their own lobby with the ability to chat, join a game table or create a new table. A multitude of achievements are built into each game as well as the overall GameDock system.

“With the launch of GameDock, iPhone gamers now have a true gaming platform,” said Digital Future, Inc. CEO Joel Comm. Comm continued “As a long-time gamer and creator of one of the web’s most successful gaming platforms, we’ve created GameDock with fun and addictive gameplay concepts at the core. We develop apps that we would like to use, and this is the iPhone app that I’ve been waiting for!”

GameDock was developed by the creator of ClassicGames.com, a Internet multiplayer game platform which was subsequently purchased by Yahoo! to become their premier game site, Yahoo! Games.

Comm has been an Internet entrepreneur for fifteen years, creating a number of popular web sites, authoring a New York Times best-seller, becoming a leader in the social media space, and developing a number of iPhone apps, including the world-famous iFart Mobile.

Constructed with an extensive API that allows other developers to build upon the platform, Digital Future is inviting inquiries via our official site at http://GameDock.com.

GameDock is available for free download in the iTunes app store.

Digital Future, Inc. is a Loveland, Colorado-based software development company, focusing on mobile applications, games and entertainment apps. For more information or interviews, contact Joel Comm at 970-278-0011.
